Panchakoshi is a famous religious pilgrimage circuit in western Nepal, mainly located in Dailekh District of Karnali Province. It is one of the most important Hindu spiritual routes in the region and is deeply connected with legends of Lord Shiva and Sati Devi.
The word “Panchakoshi” means “five sacred shrines”. It refers to a group of five holy Shiva temples that form a pilgrimage circuit:
